The sight words follow the new and review sight words from each lesson (1-14) of Reading the Alphabet. The last thing we want to do is push or pressure a reluctant learner into becoming a resistant learner at such a young age. When it comes to teaching young children, I believe with all my being that it’s important to follow their lead. If your child doesn’t enjoy coloring, do not feel pressured to make him do them. (My son started Reading the Alphabet when he was nearly 4 and my daughter started it when she was 4 years old).
